Terms and Conditions

Exchanges are granted at the total discretion of Lovelink.

Because reasons for exchanging an item can vary greatly, each request is considered case by case.  Some items are not exchangeable and are non refundable.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Policy for returning lingerie/costumes/footwear

We do not refund or exchange lingerie items due to hygiene reasons.

For change of mind on costumes and footwear, we offer a 60 day, no hassle exchange policy if the item you’re wishing to exchange meets the following conditions;

  • All labels are still attached to the garment
  • Products are returned in the original undamaged box
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged
  • The product has not been altered in any way
  • The original invoice is included with the returned item
  • We do not accept returns for lingerie, latex wear, pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on costumes and carefully consider your lingerie purchases as they cannot be exchanged, refunded or credited.

For faulty products,

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

All toys have a 1 year from date of purchase manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.

All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product then you must notify Lovelink via email.

Lovelink does not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled based on individual circumstances. If the packaging is damaged, then the customer must accept the shipment and note “carton was broken or damaged” with the courier. Photographic evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to further investigation and replacement.

If your product is faulty,

it will be replaced with an identical product.  If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a credit for the total value of the faulty product.

Before returning a faulty toy,

may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
  • Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on

Items which cannot be returned or exchanged include;

perishable goods such as food, books and magazines, intimate products (this also includes lubricants), sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gasses, gift cards, downloadable software products, lingerie and some health and personal care items.

Please choose carefully before you buy.

All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.

Please note, we DO NOT offer price difference refunds during further markdowns.

To be eligible for a return,

your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

If you request a refund/credit, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded/credited after we have received the item/s back and have confirmed that our conditions for refund/credit have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.

Please notify Lovelink via email of your intention to return a item and why before the item is physically returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Standard postage fees apply to all return orders.  Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge.

  • Your full name
  • Proof of purchase/receipt
  • Reasons why you are returning the product
  • Please ensure adult products are clean before they are returned

All returns will be returned to our Melbourne warehouse. Upon requesting a return via email, the return address will be sent to you.

Processing and Delivery

  • Your products will be delivered to your discreetly packaged
  • The senders name (Lovelink) will not appear on your delivered package
  • Your delivered package will not include references to adult products
